The story of Julià Gràcia, an example of effort and overcoming adversity in TAVIL

Julià, who has cerebral palsy since birth, studies at the Joan XXIII School in Olot, a center specializing in students with special educational needs. The school is part of the Integra organization and runs a job placement program.
With a great passion for computers and after receiving the necessary training, Julià wanted to enter the workforce. Therefore, the school looked among the companies collaborating on the project for an opportunity that suited his abilities.
When the Joan XXIII School contacted us, Tavil had a need in the IT department to manage internal documentation. We evaluated this possibility together and saw that Julià could perfectly handle this task.
For the past two years, Julià has worked three hours a day at Tavil and is very satisfied with everything he has achieved. We are proud to be part of his professional growth.
