The origins of TAVIL, located in northeastern Spain, date back to 1925. Today, TAVIL has two production plants exceeding 140,000 m² and specializes in the manufacturing of packaging, palletizing, and handling machines and lines. TAVIL designs, develops, and produces customized solutions worldwide.

Since 1925
Our story began in 1925 in a small workshop in the Garrotxa region. A century later, the fourth family generation continues to lead this company with the same philosophy with which it was born: to manufacture excellent machines.
Generations of engineers, technicians, operators, and workers have left their mark on every project. They have shared knowledge, perfected methods, transmitted an industrial culture that today is our greatest asset. To all these preceding generations, thank you very much.

Creation of the Vilanova Workshop in the Catalan comarca of Garrotxa
1952
Founding of the industrial machinery manufacturing company.
1978
Development of the automatic tying machine and specialization in machinery for high industrialization in meat product processes.
1984
New production plant of 15,000 m2, with 50 workers.
1990
Development of faster automatic changeover in case packing facilities to work with different box sizes, and expansion to the food and non-food sectors.
1995
Consolidation of internationalization with clients around the world.
2000
TAVIL became a world leader in innovation of multiformat technology for automatic case packing, product loading, and palletizing installations.
2009
Development of Max Palet, the easiest software to introduce new formats in palletizing facilities.
2019
New 102,000m2 production plant with capacity to manufacture the most modern and largest boxing and palletizing facilities worldwide.
2026
Consolidation of subsidiaries in various strategic points with own engineering teams, in markets such as the United States, Germany, Italy, and Poland.
