Guest Wi-Fi Network Terms of Use

TAVIL IND SAU offers authorized visitors in its facilities who request it the possibility of connecting to the company's guest Wi-Fi network. Its use is subject to the following terms of use:

The guest Wi-Fi network shall be used for professional purposes and, in all cases, in good faith and in accordance with the current legislation at all times.

It is expressly prohibited to use the aforementioned Wi-Fi network to perform any of the following actions:

Downloading programs, applications, and/or any other type of content without having the mandatory licenses and authorizations from their legitimate owners.
Viewing, consulting, downloading, and/or sharing illegal and/or offensive content, especially (but not limited to) that related to child pornography, hate, discrimination, violence or terrorism, and the dark web; or altering in any way data, programs, networks, systems, or computer documents of the company or third parties, as well as any other conduct tending to obstruct or interrupt the operation of the company's or a third party's computer systems.
Accessing without authorization systems, networks, or equipment of the company or a third party, whatever its purpose, including to obtain confidential information.

All programs, applications, and content previously downloaded on the devices of users connecting to the guest Wi-Fi network must have the mandatory licenses and authorizations from their legitimate owners.

The company offers discretionary, voluntary, and free access to its guest Wi-Fi network, and therefore is not responsible for its level of operation, service continuity, availability, or security, nor does it offer any guarantee in this regard. The company will not be responsible for the loss of data, messages, or connections as a result of interruptions or problems with the guest Wi-Fi network, nor for the privacy or security of users' data and communications when using it.

TAVIL IND SAU may process some personal data during users' connection to the guest Wi-Fi network, based on its legitimate interest in monitoring that this network is used according to these terms of use and, where applicable, to defend itself against any claim, complaint, or damages resulting from its non-compliance, as well as to assert them. Personal data will not be communicated to third parties, except for legal obligation and to contracted third parties, and will be retained as long as their processing is necessary to fulfill the indicated purposes and for the entire period during which TAVIL IND SAU could be held liable as stipulated by applicable law, proceeding, where applicable, to block the data until that period has elapsed.

At any time, you may request TAVIL IND SAU access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, or the restriction of its processing, or to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability, in writing addressed to the postal address at Polígono Industrial Plan de Poliger Sur S1 (17854) Sant Jaume de Llierca or by email to privacy@tavil.net. In case of disagreement with the processing of your data, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
