Funciones y requisitos de la vacante:

  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas para conseguir los objetivos de facturación y cuotas establecidas.
  • Identificar oportunidades de negocio y mercados potenciales para expandir la presencia de la empresa.
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar una alineación efectiva entre las estrategias de ventas y las operaciones empresariales.
  • Analizar y evaluar regularmente el rendimiento de las ventas, identificar áreas de ampliación y desarrollar planes de acción correctivos.
  • Establecer relaciones fuertes con clientes clave y socios estratégicos.
  • Mantenerse al corriente de las tendencias del mercado, la competencia y las mejores prácticas de ventas.

Requisitos:

  • Mínimo 4-5 años de experiencia en ventas, preferiblemente en el sector industrial.
  • Histórico de éxito al lograr objetivos y cuotas de ventas.
  • Trabajo presencial a nuestras instalaciones.
  • Disponibilidad total para viajar.
  • Persona proactiva, orientada a los resultados, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación.

Idiomas:

  • Inglés: Dominio (Imprescindible)
  • Castellano: Dominio ( Imprescindible)
