New Factory Acceptance Test for the TAVIL HFFS H220 machine

At TAVIL, we have successfully completed another Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of our HFFS H220 machine, a flexible packaging solution designed to offer maximum efficiency and reliability in demanding production environments.
The customer validated the machine at our facilities. This validation is a key step before commissioning at the customer's factory, guaranteeing the equipment's perfect operation and its adaptation to the actual production environment.

The HFFS H220 stands out for its high production flexibility, optimizing format and material changes without compromising sealing accuracy or the final quality of the package.
Belonging to the mid-range Stand Up Series, the H220 is part of TAVIL's continuous technological evolution, developed to offer a perfect balance between performance, versatility, and sustainability.
Main technical features
Format range: from 60×60 mm to 220×300 mm.
Integrated ultrasonic sealing ensures superior sealing quality and precise control of recipe parameters with each film change.
Compatibility with single-material films (paper, PE, and PP) per format, adapting to new sustainability requirements.
Available configurations: 6 formats, in simplex or duplex versions depending on production needs. Multi-product capability for the pharmaceutical and nutritional sectors.
