Much more than a team: cohesion, inclusion and overcoming challenges at TAVIL
26/03/2026
This March, the IT department at TAVIL participated in the Garrotxa Half Marathon, a popular race that brought together more than a thousand athletes amidst the landscapes of Olot and its surrounding area.
Among them was Julià Gràcia, an example of effort and overcoming adversity. Born with cerebral palsy, passionate about IT, and part of TAVIL for the past two years thanks to the Integra Project and the Joan XXIII School in Olot, he completed the race alongside his colleagues, sharing an unforgettable experience.
Beyond the sporting challenge, this gesture reflects something much more important: a united, committed team capable of supporting each other in any circumstance.
