Mechanical Designer Engineer

Mechanical Designer TAVIL is seeking a skilled and proactive Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Poland. TAVIL is a leading global provider of automated packaging solutions from Spain, specialized in end-of-line systems. The company focuses on multiformat solutions for packing, palletizing, and logistics handling, offering innovative technologies that improve productivity and reduce costs for clients in the food and beverage, homecare, and personal care sectors. This role focuses on the design, development, supervision, and commissioning of industrial machinery and automation projects, ensuring high-quality technical solutions and successful project execution. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Mechanical Design: Develop mechanical designs for industrial machinery using 2D and 3D design tools.
Project Engineering: Study and validate proposals, define technical specifications, and prepare drawings and bill of materials.
Prototyping & Testing: Develop, monitor, and evaluate prototypes to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Design Improvements: Modify and optimize designs to meet project requirements and resolve technical issues.
Assembly & Commissioning Support: Supervise and monitor machine assembly processes and support commissioning activities remotely and on-site when required.
Project Execution: Ensure successful completion of project design, implementation, and start-up phases while following project objectives and timelines. 

Requirements: 

Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industrial sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Inventor, AutoCAD, and Vault. Knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage.
Language Skills: Advanced Polish and English.
Mobility: Availability to travel across Europe.
Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
