Electrical Design Engineer

TAVIL is seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Design Engineer to join our team in Poland. TAVIL is a leading global provider of automated packaging solutions from Spain, specialized in end-of-line systems. The company focuses on multiformat solutions for packing, palletizing, and logistics handling, offering innovative technologies that improve productivity and reduce costs for clients in the food and beverage, homecare, and personal care sectors.

This role focuses on the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of electrical systems for industrial machinery and automation projects, ensuring high-quality solutions and successful project execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Design electrical schematics and control systems for industrial machinery and automated production lines.
• Project Engineering: Define technical specifications, electrical architectures, component selection, and prepare technical documentation.
• Control Systems Development: Develop and maintain electrical designs in compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
• Design Optimization: Modify and improve electrical designs to enhance performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Assembly & Commissioning Support: Supervise electrical installations and provide support during machine commissioning and start-up activities.
•  Technical Coordination: Collaborate closely with mechanical, software, and commissioning teams throughout project execution.
• Project Execution: Ensure successful completion of project design, implementation, and commissioning phases while meeting quality, cost, and timeline objectives. Adapted from the project execution and commissioning responsibilities described in the position profile. 

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial automation, machine building, or electrical design. Adapted from the engineering experience requirements. 
• Technical Skills: Experience with EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar electrical design software. Knowledge of PLC-based automation systems is highly valued.
• ERP Knowledge: Experience with SAP is considered an advantage. Adapted from the original profile requirements. 
• Language Skills: Advanced  English. 
• Mobility: Availability to travel throughout Europe for installation and commissioning support. 
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
