TAVIL IND SAU offers authorized visitors to its facilities, upon request, the possibility of connecting to the company’s guest Wi-Fi network. Its use is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The guest wifi network will be used for professional purposes and, in all cases, in good faith and in accordance with the law in force at any given time.
- It is expressly forbidden to use the aforementioned wifi network to perform any of the following actions:
- Downloading programs, applications, and/or any other type of content without the required licenses and authorizations from their legitimate owners. Viewing, accessing, downloading, and/or sharing illegal and/or offensive content, especially (but not limited to) content related to child pornography, hate speech, discrimination, violence, or terrorism and the dark web. Or altering in any way data, programs, networks, systems, or computer documents of the company or third parties, as well as any other conduct intended to hinder or disrupt the operation of the company’s or a third party’s computer systems.
- Unauthorized access to company or third-party systems, networks or equipment, for any purpose, including obtaining confidential information.
- All programs, applications and content that are previously downloaded on the devices of users who connect to the guest wifi network must have the required licenses and authorizations from their legitimate owners.
- The company offers free, discretionary access to its Wi-Fi network for guests and therefore assumes no responsibility for its performance, service continuity, availability, or security, nor does it offer any guarantees in this regard. The company is not liable for the loss of data, messages, or connections resulting from interruptions or problems with the guest Wi-Fi network, nor for the privacy or security of users’ data and communications while using it.
- TAVIL IND SAU may process certain personal data when users connect to the guest Wi-Fi network, based on its legitimate interest in monitoring that this network is used in accordance with these terms of use and, where applicable, to defend itself against any claims, complaints, or damages resulting from non-compliance, as well as to enforce said terms. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where legally required or to contracted third parties, and will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes and for the entire period during which TAVIL IND SAU may be held liable under applicable law, in which case the data will be blocked until such period has elapsed. At any time, you may request from TAVIL IND SAU access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, or the restriction of its processing, or object to its processing, as well as the right to data portability, by writing to the postal address at Polígono Industrial Plan de Poliger Sur S1 (17854) Sant Jaume de Llierca or privacy@tavil.net. If you disagree with the processing of your data, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
