This is the story of Julià Gràcia, an example of effort and perseverance.
Julià, who has had cerebral palsy since birth, studies at Joan XXIII School in Olot, a specialized center for students with special educational needs that is part of the Integra entity and promotes a job placement program.
With a strong passion for IT and after receiving the necessary training, Julià wanted to enter the workforce. The school then searched among the project’s partner companies for an opportunity that matched his abilities.
When Joan XXIII School contacted us, at Tavil, we had a need in the IT department for managing internal documentation. We evaluated this possibility together and saw that Julià was perfectly suited for the task.
For the past two years, Julià has been working three hours a day at Tavil, and he is very proud of what he has achieved. For us, it is an honor to be part of his professional growth.
