Juli\u00e0, who has had cerebral palsy since birth, studies at Joan XXIII School in Olot<\/strong>, a specialized center for students with special educational needs that is part of the Integra<\/strong> entity and promotes a job placement program.<\/p>\n

With a strong passion for IT and after receiving the necessary training, Juli\u00e0 wanted to enter the workforce. The school then searched among the project’s partner companies for an opportunity that matched his abilities.<\/p>\n

When Joan XXIII School<\/strong> contacted us, at Tavil<\/strong>, we had a need in the IT department for managing internal documentation. We evaluated this possibility together and saw that Juli\u00e0 was perfectly suited for the task.<\/p>\n

For the past two years<\/strong>, Juli\u00e0 has been working three hours a day at Tavil<\/strong>, and he is very proud of what he has achieved. For us, it is an honor to be part of his professional growth.<\/p>\n
